So if you\u2019re partial to trying your luck, head to Les Ambassadeurs Casino in Mayfair, which inspired the fictional \u2018Le Cercle\u2019 club that provided the setting for Bond\u2019s on-screen debut.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n As one of the capital\u2019s most distinguished gambling clubs, you\u2019ll be mingling with royals, politicians, playboys and millionaires \u2013 just the standard sorts of crowd Bond regularly rubs shoulders with.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you\u2019re not as well versed as you\u2019d like in the world of secret agents, it\u2019s time to swot up.\u00a0 Bond\u2019s endeavours, fictional though they are, are set in the very real and murky world of British espionage, and this compelling story is the centrepiece of an exhibition at the Imperial War Museum. Secret War <\/em>documents the previously classified objects and untold story of Britain\u2019s covert operations from the birth of MI6 before World War One, to dealing with the threat of cyber-terrorism today \u2013 a spy fanatic\u2019s dream.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Even though we seldom see Bond actually eat on screen, we\u2019re betting he likes top-notch cuisine. Step forward Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, which has three Michelin stars and a menu that will make your mouth water.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sure, a dining experience at this luxury eatery will set you back a bit, but when did Bond ever count the pennies?
