For the discerning gent looking for a more subtle piece of flash tech, this is the one – made of understated grade 5 titanium sides and a black PVD-coated titanium back plate. It’s then tightly wrapped in refined fine-mill calf leather – sourced from the Alpine region of Europe for good measure. See what we mean by slicker?<\/p>\n

Technical specs start to merge with predecessors – a 4.7inch 1080p display, 2GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 801 2.3GHz quad core processor providing the muscle. There’s a 13MP Hasselblad camera with a sapphire crystal lens that’s virtually scratch-proof, of which the screen is made of the same tough material. As with others in the Vertu range (like the Aster<\/a><\/span>) the Pure Jet Red Gold comes with ring tones created by the London Symphony Orchestra and the sound is tuned by audio specialists’ Bang & Olufsen.
