Regardless of the subject matter, you will automatically be seen as the go-to-guy which will place you in a great position come bonus time. Some people are great at picking up and enhancing their technical ability but are bad are pushing their personal brand – don\u2019t make the same mistake. This is easily done in the workplace – a sharp suit will go along way; eating healthily and early morning gym sessions are sure fire signs you don\u2019t have to settle for second best and are willing to work to achieve your goals.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Whether it\u2019s a new group of graduates or interns or experienced recruits – relate to them and show you are top of the pecking order. You should know enough to be relevant to the future of your firm and work align yourself with future stars. Once you place yourself at the forefront of the pack, from the start, if they respect you, you will rise with the best. Equally, experienced hires come into a workplace with little or no understanding of hierarchy – take seniors underneath your wing and demonstrate your abilities immediately.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Be brave; want to be the man and stand out – you need to take a risk.
